Ivan Webb – VP Oil & Gas Division
Mr. Webb is a seasoned and successful entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience in the oil & gas industry internationally. He is experienced with acquiring oil & gas concessions and leases, drilling of new wells & reworking/ re-completing existing wells, production management, working with service companies and regulatory compliance. Internationally, he has successfully leased more than 18,000,000 acres. Domestically, he was involved with the acquisition and/or management of more than 250 wells in Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma and Texas.
In addition, Mr. Webb has over 35 years of experience in managing or assisting public companies in both the US and Canada with regulatory compliance. His public company experience includes assisting companies with initial public offerings, reverse mergers, obtaining listings and assisting with ongoing regulatory compliance
Roger Autrey – VP Business Development
International oil & gas professional with over 25 years of E&P business development experience acquired through private and publicly traded oil companies. Successfully managed A&D upstream transactions covering over 250,000,000 acres in Texas & Foreign Countries.
Mark C. Seitz, B.Sc., PE – Technical Advisor
Engineering Manager with over 37 years’ experience in all facets of managing and supervising engineering, drilling, and production activities in the petroleum industry. International experience in several remote locations offshore and onshore in difficult working environments. Mr. Seitz’s qualification highlights are:
- Introduced Production Enhancement strategy & implementation in a major Russian Oil Company.
- Managed successful exploration pilot test project in Sichuan, China.
- Supervised drilling and production operations from the inception of a successful and profitable Joint Venture in Russia.
- Tendered, implemented, and supervised offshore activities in Mediterranean & South China Seas.
- Developed and managed strategies to train and utilize National staff at all levels.
- Noted for upgrading HSE standards in all areas worked.
- Prepared, implemented, and audited Quality Assurance and Quality Control Standards for a major Russian Oil Company
Since 2013 Mr. Seitz has provided petroleum engineering and project management services onsite and in house for domestic and international clients thru his company, MCS Petroleum Consulting Service.
From 2002 thru March 2013 he was Director of Operations for Tyumenskaya Neftyana Company, of Moscow in the Russian Federation. His responsibilities included Peer Review & Technical Drilling Center Tyumen Upstream Technology, Review and approval of Corporate Minimum Standards for Drilling, Workover, and Stimulation procedures, Pre-qualification and field audits to minimum standards of all well-work contractors, Managed staff administration functions for fifty-five employees and consultants and Implemented HSE worldwide standards and conducted accident investigations.
ANIL KUMAR, Ph.D, PE – Technical Advisor
Dr. Kumar is a pioneer of pressure derivative technology, which has become a significant technology platform in transient well testing. He served as chairman and associate professor of petroleum engineering at the New Mexico Institute of Mining Technology and helped found the institute’s Petroleum Recovery Research Center. Kumar has worked in senior positions at Gulf Oil, Chevron, Mobil, Devon Energy of Indonesia, and Petro China International Jakarta. As a senior vice president at Reliance Industries, he built a 60-member subsurface team for India’s first deep-water development in KG Basin Block-D6. He has published numerous papers, supervised theses, and coauthored several books, including Gas Well Test Analysis Under Water Drive Conditions & Areal Pattern Distribution of Remaining Oil Saturation in a Mature West Texas Waterflood.
1971: Winner of SPE’s Student Paper Contest in Ph.D. Division.
1983, 85:Company President’s Bonus Award for implementing quality improvement programs resulting in significant reduction in operating costs in West Texas EOR projects.
1986: SPE Section Outstanding Service Award, Permian Basin Section.
1995-98:SPE Distinguished Lecturer, presented 40 talks through the Middle-East, India, and Europe.
1997: SPE 1997 Reservoir Engineering Award.
2001: SPE 2001 Distinguished Member.
2001: Awarded Kapitsa Medal of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences for outstanding contributions to Petroleum Science and elected as a foreign member, US Section.
2004: Elected to the Board of Directors of SPE International.
2005: Engineer of the Year Award, Texas Society of Professional Engineers, Dallas.
2013: SPE 2013 Formation Evaluation Award
2017: Awarded Horary Membership to the Society of Petroleum Engineers
